收货人逾期提货的，应当向承运人支付保管费等费用。 |
| 3. | Under a safekeeping contract for value , the depositor shall pay to the depository the safekeeping fee at the prescribed time
第三百七十九条有偿的保管合同，寄存人应当按照约定的期限向保管人支付保管费。 |
| 4. | Where the safekeeping fee was not prescribed or clearly prescribed , and cannot be determined in accordance with article 61 hereof , the safekeeping is gratuitous
当事人对保管费没有约定或者约定不明确，依照本法第六十一条的规定仍不能确定的，保管是无偿的。 |
| 5. | Where the depositor fails to pay the safekeeping fee and other expenses , the depository is entitled to a possessory lien on the deposit , unless otherwise agreed by the parties
第三百八十条寄存人未按照约定支付保管费以及其他费用的，保管人对保管物享有留置权，但当事人另有约定的除外。 |
| 6. | If party b is a company which keeps its employees ' personal files in hrd , it can check the detailed information of its employees ' background , the arrival of their personal files and its safekeeping fee

| 7. | Where the time of payment of the safekeeping fee was not prescribed or clearly prescribed , and cannot be determined in accordance with article 61 hereof , the safekeeping fee shall be paid at the same time the deposit is retrieved
当事人对支付期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依照本法第六十一条的规定仍不能确定的，应当在领取保管物的同时支付。 |
| 8. | Where the consignor or consignee fails to pay the freightage , safekeeping fee and other expenses in connection with the carriage of the cargo , the carrier is entitled to a possessory lien on the corresponding portion of the cargo , except otherwise agreed by the parties
第三百一十五条托运人或者收货人不支付运费、保管费以及其他运输费用的，承运人对相应的运输货物享有留置权，但当事人另有约定的除外。 |
